1. The contract for the control block has been executed by both parties. Aug 23

2. The acquisition of MONI is 100% moving forward. Sept 14

IF the deal is not yet final, it might be better if $mONI CONsultant Daniel Borders wasn't twittering away like it's DONE. THAT IS WHAT HE SAID.

The control block has changed hands, the deal is done, the merger is happening, 100%.
