The issue is that there's not a lot of motivation to buy right now due to Matt and Brian's refusal to talk to shareholders, the ongoing FINRA problems, the AWOL audit, plus we don't know how long OTCN is going to continue unloading shares. The only good news is that OTCN seems to be unwilling to go under 1c which suggests their basis is just below that.
Unfortunately I think it's likely we won't hear anything until mid January when the 10K is posted. It will be late. It will likely end up needing one or more amendments again. And it will be stripped to the bare minimum reporting requirements. I'm also guessing they won't post the annual corporate update since they already blew off the mid year update.
