I wouldn’t be surprised if he used a date as it falls exactly on the day after 10Q is due for filing. Nasrat wouldn’t be able to do this if Elite was a larger company as you have to plan around competitor earnings calls to avoid sell side analysts missing your call for their coverage write up. Since no analysts even know who we are today it’s not an issue.

I did listen to the call live. I don't recall them saying the exact date but I don't think that would of surprised me because he has done that before. That means if they redacted it must of been because it was wrong or could be wrong. The following is from the June transcription. It probably didn't make an impact on you because in June we didn't have the feeling of healthy growth in the very near term like we did in August.

When I have seen errors in the transcription it has been an error in transcription (usually due to Nasrat's accent). A recent one I find amusing is that Nasrat is hysteric about the Prasco deal... I recalled the word he used as 'estatic' not 'hysteric'.

BTW, I believe you! It is good to learn of inconsistencies (even small) in what happened and the transcript.

But I am hysteric about the contract and about Prasco and Burel doing this on their own label..
