It's $3k in short position. The guy who owned it has moved on. And I guarantee you he doesn't think about this.

By definition, there is NO WAY for you to get "revenge" against the people who were right here, despite these desperate attempts.

No. “If” your broker requires collateral then the amount you sold your short shares for will be held until the position is closed as in the amount of margin required in your account to borrow the shares in the first place.
When the stocks CUSIP was suspended and ticker deleted due to the result of the liquidation it caused the shares to become worthless.
You would not have to buy back any or return any shares. I said that in my original post. I said it would require a phone call to your broker informing them of the situation. The situation being that FKA BioAmber shares are worthless due to its liquidation, shut down and subsequent CUSIP suspension and ticker deletion by FINRA. You would not need to do anything other than that to have your margin or collateral funds released period.

So now will you dance around the question again?

Is there any chance whatsoever that FKA BioAmber shareholders could ever receive any type of monetary compensation for their worthless FKA BioAmber shares? There is only one truthful answer. So will you be truthful, dance around it again or just lie ? It’s a yes or no question plain and simple.
