Lol, go easy on the timelines here.
We have the bad habit to put a lot of pressure on the timeline just to be disappointed at the end.
I think Advocate was rather formulating that as an optimistic wish.

If I am not mistaken the timeframe for an EXIM response starts beginning of next year.

According to EXIM, the process from submission of a Phase I application to a final commitment of financing by EXIM, if any, is expected to take approximately six to nine months and is subject to a number of risks and uncertainties.

Form the PR from 6th of June 2023. In other words it could take until march 2024 or even later.

Please be aware that Advocate didn't provide any year for his points (except the last one) 😉
