My problem is my TDA account is managed for someone else so I don’t have another option as I do for my accounts.

I imagine with all brokers you deal with their shortcomings by having another broker that compensates for them. I might be less irritated by that particular problem if that was true for me. If ToS is really much better than edge I’ll look forward to that change.
