That can happen only on severe pressure from the industry or used as a political bailout switch by Dems to revive the economy and showcase that they can do it (for 4 more) but I think that ship has sailed. Whatever they do, their re-election chances are slim to none is my guess.. (neutral independent opinion without wearing any hat)
