Maybe UUU still a short. As this sure doesn't sound good in the NT-10Q filing this afternoon. Lower revenues & net income for the six months suggests a really terrible Q2...

The Registrant anticipates lower sales and lower net income for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023, as compared to net sales and operating results for the corresponding 2022 periods. However, inasmuch as the Registrant has not yet completed its financial statements, at this time the Registrant is unable to definitively quantify its results of operations.
