JGGC another low float SPAC 06:12 AM EDT, 09/29/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Jaguar Global Growth Corporation I (JGGC) shares declined 5.4% in premarket Friday after surging nearly 23% in the previous regular trading session following an announcement on Thursday that its shareholders have approved its merger with GLAAM Co. and Captivision in an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 27.
Over 79% of the votes cast at the meeting were in favor of the merger, the company said Thursday.
The combined company will be named Captivision Inc. The combined company's shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the proposed ticker symbols, "CAPT" and "CAPTW," respectively.
