The action for FHFA to sign the NWS is a breach of contract. That's huge victory. There is a much higher chance that NWS be challenged and revoked. Keep on fighting, we will win.
Because we still got a W and that could be used against the Gov't in future cases. Besides, they have unlimited resources. They know eventually people will stop throwing money at these cases if there is no return.
