It's been 13 years and I just can't seem to convince even one company to buy our awesome product. After 5 years as a pubco, I used shareholder money to acquire subsidiaries that lose money. Our biggest revenue generator (Optilan) went belly up and one of them is suing me because I failed to fund them as I had promised. Net losses are piling up and I'm having difficulty finding funding. GSD is a mess and I keep my fingers crossed that NASDAQ doesn't delist. But, I want to thank my loyal shareholders for their support in buying more shares so that I can turn on the coffee in the morning.
