I’ll help you out… the actual rule you are referencing says:

“Publish an annual report covering a period ending within the past 16 months”

The last annual report was published covering a period that ended last October
31st 2022, to comply with the “within the last 16 months” rule Pope has until February 2024, he now has a yield sign on his ticker for failing to file the required reports to remain pink current. That’s the first step before being regulated to the EM if he doesn’t file in February…hence the countdown begins.
