I don't have the time or inclination to review all of your old posts as well as those of your cohorts (Hi_Lo, Marci, Starlost, I-Glow, and on and on and on). Most on this board simply lump you all into one inept category of Sharp-haters and bashers. You make a point of trying to dissuade people from buying GVSI and hope to convince convince them to sell any position they currently hold IMO. So, is it possible that you (Jayman-only) did not specifically say each of those items - perhaps it is. However, the gist of your litany of posts since I've been reading them here has been to the affect of Sharp is a either inept or a fraud, the company is worthless, and that those who own/buy it are morons. So, I'll stand by my prior post in terms of the underlying meaning of it.

Yeah, they like to group the smart ones in with the idiots to sidestep the intelligent points being presented.

That's why I hate when certain posters copy and paste over and over... It just gives fodder to the pumpers to group us together and wash out the valid arguments.

I'll say it again, here... I can't tell whether the FINRA Deficiency can be resolved or not, so I'm not taking sides. I hope that it can be, maybe due to the custodianship and being alternative reporting, but it still seems like FINRA has discretion and we won't know until they actually approve the corporate action.

That's why I think it's stupid to guarantee that FINRA will reject OR approve. I don't think any of us can guarantee anything, just hope for the best.
