The restricted has already been discussed and until a split is announced its hypothetical at best.

As for having no cash the expectation of any lower OTC company having money, real assets and so on is ludicrous. These .000 stocks are here for a reason and anyone trading them trades at their own risk.

Too many Babies in the OTC in my opinion.
