The shares were issued years ago to corporate insiders the only one left is Nate! So he is the only one who is restricted. LOL



Effects of Acquisition



The Company will issue 18 million shares of its Series A Preferred Stock which will result in a change of control occur and the current officers and directors will resign. Marc Kassoff has already resigned. Nate Steck will continue to serve as an officer and director, playing a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth transition between the Company and JP Energy Group.
