It's not true that none of us know. You can see the buys and sells! Note the .17 trades at the end of the day. Trades for 1318 shares and 59 shares. Those are trades of $224 and $10 (you can check my math). This is known as "painting the tape" at the end of the day. Very good chance your buddy is trying to start a pump and dump.
So, how do you feel about that honest answer?
P.S. Note the much larger sells in between.
