Please, your constant referrals to me as being delusional are attacks. Your factual statements mainly consist of quoting the share price.

You just flat don't understand the design of our share structure, in which insiders are, in some transactions, merely the nominee holders of shares for the company.

So you look at Dale's recent Form 4 as meaning that he sold almost 400K shares for just over a penny.

I look at it as freeing shares beneficially owned by the company to be used in a stock-for-stock business combination.
