So presumably the "new management" already has the keys to the Twitter Account (CC) ...but is in the process of getting OTC codes if they don't already have, in order to submit OTCM filings. (And they need access to Edgar to file an 8K)
New management must also submit to a Background Screening in order to have access to Filings and OTC news service. So they must have already submitted that application to OTC. (Or in process)
