I'll explain it to you, since you want to ignore it. Companies "go public" to gain access to the capital markets and sell stock to raise money. They don't "go public" just to "be public." These LLC's purportedly don't need capital, they're just "going public" because it's part of the fairy tale.
Real companies don't go public by merging into scammy OTC shells, especially not those with over 3B shares in the O/S. They use proper IPO's, sell stock to the public, and get the cash for it (minus fees and other costs).
