If he were astute, he'd undoubtedly take action. If OTC trading had halts similar to those on Nasdaq, this scenario would certainly be exciting. However, our only recourse as Bulls is to compel them to repurchase at a higher valuation. It's apparent that they are well aware of NHMD's potential for profitability.
