We know 13Dud crew had it. But they lost out as longs decided for the lesser of two evils at the time. Having a new board sure has helped along with investigations, lawsuits and recent judgements against shorty, and reg reforms. Investors need to be vocal and write to the SEC and their senators and reps about much more needed reform and transparency to expose illegal shorting. Also, investors should be able to see and to demand their stock holdings not be shorted, and if given permission to demand the interest rates charged on the margin.

Now THIS is interesting....who are you assuming "shorts and bashers" are getting inside information from? And why would an insider intentionally want the share price to drop? Hmmmmm
