Pattern to date is MK sells an offering when down to 6-7 months of cash. To wait longer than that risks appearing to have given up.

I think MK can sell to same crowd on minimum condition they get board seats to supervise MK. Otherwise, they're going to insist on immediate management change to buy offering. It's just hard to see it going down another way after MK revealed his serial lying over most of this year. We know per the terrible terms of last two offerings, it's not like MK has multiple bidders for these offerings.
