Think of it this way. If they put just 3 billion in assets that would be 3000/286.3=10.47 in dollars per share. Lets just round to $10 per share. When you apply the 2 to 5 ratio typical of assets merged into shells like $SPEA which went to a 6 to 1 btw ratio we get a share price of between $20 to $50. If its 9 billion the whole empire maybe its 3 times this value but that would be the best case scenario. Worst case is 0 but a 34 month audit indicates what ever they are doing its a relatively big entity. We estimated max 3 months for the pspw shell per year of audit but if you have your books managed good it could only be 6 weeks per year. Worst case is 5 years of audits would be 15 months or 7.5 months. To re emerge i believe the only need the last 3 years but who knows. Im sitting on my shares as a do or die. I figure the share price among filing of the audits and re emerging will be somwhere between $1 and $100 depending solely on disclosures of majority ownership and assets merged or depending on a how large the credit facility is. Until it comes out its impossible to know for certain and this strictly guessing.

When you look at everything qualitatively the complex ltd structure to hold pspw shares to avoid sec reporting requirements, the layers of subsidiaries, the subsidiaries we dont know about, majority of the shares owned by falak related = falak holding group of companies, the ceo is the same ceo currently of the falak holding group of companies, the Deloitte auditor is way above what an otc company would need, the amount of money Falak has shelled out, the largest Chinese state owned companies involved, the need for the billionaires to accelerate their wealth, indicates this is going to be used for a large company. They are not spending this ridiculous amount of money to make a few hundred million. They are doing this to make themselves a few billion dollars minimum. The share price is not going to be a dollar. Minimumally its $10 and most probable between $10 an $40 but the best case scenario is between $70 and $150 but this lower probability imo but the possibility is there.
