IMO- I've watched a delisting a few times, and Frost can't let it go under a buck.

Now I watched a stock drop under a 1.00 for over 30 days. Delist. Or reverse split.
And OTCQB that's quotation board as a fully reporting company..
Otcbb is garbage otcqb fully reporting can graduate to nasdaq. It will Flounder between
1.00 and present. November 6 is a day that could be good or rough. I'm looking at Airline trades as they are taking a beating.
