Too much truth to this. In my field, I see this exact thing far too often. This happens more often than folks think and Megola is performing very well given the mess they inherited. I've known bigger companies that take even longer with audits that are way less messy. However, I do understand the lack of patience from folks who have been here for 3+ years, waiting for some results and can sympathize with them. I too am growing a little tired and leery.
