Armen didn't fleece shareholders with a sneaky RS and reassure investors it would ONLY be done to uplist. A lot of us did well then, because Shital Mars was a shareholder friendly CEO.
Along comes Fernandez and reversed all the efforts the staff invested into S1 submission to SEC.
Futhermore, ya'll have not heard a peep from Fernandez in nearly a year.... there's another dose of honesty. Come on now, this is a CEO you trust? LMFAO
