No listed company on any public exchange in America is allowed to misrepresent itself whether in a PR or SEC document. To believe that misrepresenting the company or its products publicly without legal consequences undermines the whole investment community.
Note too that the same document that states there is no card also includes progress statements regarding the card.
You cannot accept one statement from the 10-k and discount other statements in the same report.
That is why some still have hope that despite the timeline of bringing the card to market it is probable.
