Not sure if you are asking me about L1 or L2.

As far as I know, L2 is not available anywhere for Expert Market. Some brokerages choose to show L1 (next up on B/A). Try IBKR App for L1.

B. 750000 .0017
A. 500000 .0025

All brokerages are different in what they offer. Better to diversify with today's wacked up trading. Don't currently use any of iHub premium services. Get all I need from 5 different brokers.
