IQST is missing sex appeal. They have sections in their business plan that could act as sex appeal, but we never anything about them. Until we do, or until we have two successive quarter reports showing solid profit, we stay below .40. JMO

Every year the fundamental value increases so the longer it takes for SP to reflect it the higher the SP should run.
