No that it is impossible for them to screw things up, because there seems to be no bounds there, but I think Ga. opens within 30 days. Now if the IRA passes in our favor the DOE loan seems it will happen as our prospects will be brighter. This is not to say things could go to hell in a hand basket, but God knows we are due after these last 3 years of misery!
