I only stated facts, based on when someone said "ouch" after it dropped already. I then looked at filings and saw the reason it may have been. Oh ok then it's actually 100 000 000 possible shares for $2500 to the company. Thanks for the clarification. Oh yes company can pay it back if they so choose without penalty. Yes that is the CEO of the company you stated however it does not mean for a fact that a merger is coming with that company. Lets keep it real here. FACTS SPEAK TRUTH.
