It's really your own fault for believing the bullshit for years. As if you didn't know this tidal wave was coming? And not a tidal wave of sales/revenue? The only structuring has been for family & friends. Look at who is getting protected by not getting diluted if a 4000:1 R/S happens. Guess who the list of series C preferred shareholders consists of?

The guy has been burning through cash like big bags of m&m's for years. NOTHING to show for millions of operating deficit and millions more of SG&A money wasted on who-knows-what? Left off June 30th with 7k per month in revenue. Subsidiaries shut down. 100% membership of most popular subsidiary Medrecycler now owned by the ceo personally (after failing the same subsidiary as ceo). After committing millions of dollars to a facility lease and equipment without a license or permits. Lost the Ri transit 70% of revenue contract for non-performance (blamed it on the contract 5 yrs later). Boasting about projects planned to bring in over 1 billion in revenue in exaggerated Durango, Mexico solar farm and Australia feedstock press releases for years. A company full of LOIs and PPA's to keep shareholders on the edge of their seats to only have another leg break on their chairs. The wizard has been duping ya'll for way too long.
