Benny There is not more then one way to skin a cat in this.You are lying as even if Clive were to spread shares to different accounts the SEC looks at any entity, Company. individual, partnership, trust, and so on no matter how they are spreed out if Clive has any relationship to them in anyway and the amount is over 5% a D13 still has to be filed. And one never has been filed. If he even attempted to do that with the intent to avoid filing a D13 it is a $150000 fine and Jail time can be involved in some cases if it was meant to defraud investors. Add to that Mike from I/R stated that WC sold to below 5% back into the market, Emails that have been posted . I have talked to Mike on the phone. And that was touched on among other things.. Are you saying Mike from I/R is incorrect or lying ??? Also the amount to stay below 5% of the 1.5 billion shares WC has received so far in its self would be a issue. Even if is was allowed.
