Management Does have Skin In The Game though, Time, Bonus Money, Salary Money or Shares Sold/Both, it was Earned and Invested! Maybe it was a Company Control Move by Management, Maybe Planned, Maybe Not, but Preferred Shares is Now in Play for Mine Purchase/s - Acquisition/s or Conversions! Which IMHO Could Lead to OS Reduction in Regards to Shares Held and Management Offering Preferred Shares at a Certain Ratio/Price! That is why I say Management has Options with Preferred Shares, Spin-Off/s, Dividends & Future Deals to Mention some of the Possibilities! Handshakes & Trust? Put it in Writing and Even then - News, DD & Verification! Something is Brewing, I for One think it's AABB and "The Future Is Secure"! :)
