They can dilute when conversion by holders of optionable securities: Stock options granted to individuals, such as employees or board members, may be converted into common shares, which boosts the total share count.
or a secondary offerings to raise additional capital: A firm looking for new capital to fund growth opportunities or to service existing debt may issue additional shares to raise the funds.
or when they are offering new shares in exchange for acquisitions or services: A company may offer new shares to the shareholders of a firm that it is purchasing. Smaller businesses sometimes also offer new shares to individuals for services they provide.
i can tell you that since Dec of 2022 there were over 1 BILLION shares to various company officers.
or this is a pump and dump, i can not explain the stagnated SP without one or the other. If a company was really about to score $568 million in contracts, the insiders would know and we would have been long gone on this one already. imo, the Pre 14C comes out, (that'll probably be were i sell again) but after that i think there are delays and the financing is never finalized. maybe i'm wrong, but all of these pumpers on here just make me think it's a pump and dump more than anything. waiting for the attacks from the P&D crew.....
