ALSO FRED the MONEY would not need to be transferred PHYSICALLY for it to still be taxable in 2023..........
If paper work shows the transfer or obligation to take place in 2023 and then it takes a few weeks to be moved, YOU WILL still be taxable in 2023 if it was credited to your acct...... SO DEC 31rst @ 11:59.59
