She has 53.38% of voting shares. No proxy can succeed unless she’s in on voting for it. If she’s in on voting for it why have a proxy because she could just declare the said agenda in effect.

All significant insider ownership was slowly eliminated over a year ago. MIRO's last 5%+ holdings was on the March 2022 disclosure at 9.4%. Since September 2022 Kathryn has been the only 5%+ shareholder.
