Good morning. I hope this email finds you well at the helm of Accredited Solutions. I (ASII investor) had a great conversation with Ken regarding the current state of Diamond Creek but he chose to refer me to you to address the current state of Accredited Solutions as a whole.

I'm unsure when the 15 day grace period commenced with OTCmarkets but ASII is on the brink of being downgraded to the Expert Market which often is the "nail in the coffin" for most stocks that end up there i.e. most are unable to recover. Is the aforesaid on your radar? If it is, are you and/or others on track to remediate the ticker prior to downgrade?

From a shareholder perspective, I'm concerned because we're almost completely in the dark aside from the following information:

-Leadership team left the company
-New CEO
-No longer a diversified product offering
-Lack of viable contact information
-Dated/inaccurate information on twitter and website
-OTC market filings delinquency
-No company updates
