PFFFFT. You can sue anyone for anything. The lawyers will happily take a fool's money to research an issue regardless if it has teeth. If there are any grounds, and a judgment is awarded, they are just going to further bankrupt an already broke company and not get anything anyway. This is pointless.

LOL! There is an entire cottage industry of plaintiff side small law firms that look for publicly traded companies whose shares have fallen, and they then put out a PR stating they are researching or exploring a potential class action lawsuit against the company to try to get a shareholder or 2 to bite and become the named lead plaintiff. The legal actions typically never go anywhere, and in most instances no legal action is ever actually filed.

Duh.... every company is a target for valid and frivolous law suits and lord knows we are in a crazy litigious society now with F500 companies having as many as 50 lawsuits pending...... keeps the vulture law-yers in bizzness....
