Pretty sure all court cases are open to the public. I don't see why they wouldn't be. And a search confirms that:
"are all court cases public"

There are some records that are 'sealed', usually for particular people....minors, etc.

But any case involving a public company is open to the 'public'..........

Pacer is an organization (Funded by the government I think) that just makes all court documents available to the public.
