You’re not a shareholder. The company was liquidated and its charter revoked. It has no assets or employees. There is, quite literally, nothing to own shares in.

It is Impossible for any FKA BioAmber shareholders to ever receive a monetary payment of any kind and is against the law seeing how none of its creditors got paid off. That is a FACT!!

Don’t get me wrong some folks get lucky and make a good payday but 95% or better just to me up losing it all just like everyone did at FKA BioAmber except the DD Fabricators who got in early and cheap. Then sold into the buying volume to their Marks
