Sky...With all due respect, you aren't correct.
The Co, didn't increase the AS, they just issued a half a billed shares, increasing the outstanding;
all of which are restricted. Unrestricted outstanding and float remain the same.
IMO, people should check their facts before posting.
Again, IMO, not sure why so many complain, when they have a golden opportunity to add or build a position in the trips.
The Co, may not be in a sexy industry; but the fact is that their shareholder equity value, is close to a half a penny;
1000% higher from where share price is. IMO, this will all come together in time.
I own a nice position, and getting funds together to add down here . GLTY and all.

SS still pretty good but if you noticed this year most otc's have had a steady decline into trips. There's many tickers trading with a market cap that is below reported revenues
