I have always - believed and posted - that the FHFA leader and indeed FHFA - are not part of an ADMINISTRATIVE solution as that can only come from Treasury - by power politics - and more importantly - the so called money STILL owed - SP and LP - can only be declared paid back by the $300B (and say the WTS). Treasury can do this ---- and yes indeed - now more easily due to that court decision
