Cheeto the cheato actually said he won a golf tourney without even being there. He played in a totally different location, maybe even country, and claimed his score counts because it was at his course or something.
I don't know, but if I shut out my cousin on my backyard snow ice rink if my sunday night over 55 Hockey league 30 miles away in a different city would recognize my win for one of the nights games? I don't see why not, I pay my dues.
