All Eddie ever wants is a few photos, a pumpable story and a desperate-for-cash partner. Eagle Hemp is broke. Eddie is broke so there's no way he can "acquire" anything with anything but his worthless clown shares.

IMO Eagle Hemp is forbidden by the bankruptcy court to shift assets around without permission. If the owners think reverse merging with one of Eddie's unaudited, micro cap sub sub sub penny toxic tickers will lift his company out of bankruptcy they're either delusional or hoping for a quick pump and dump.

I wonder if the reporter of this would be interested in doing an autopsy on this
