We are at the point of not knowing what is fact or fiction.

Does the distillation machine exist that's been talked about for two months and is meant to be operational?

Why is a profitable company borrowing against future income?

Is the company shipping any product at the moment?

Why talk about East coast expansion when you are in a crash crunch crisis?

Why did they need $800000 loan?

Did they really buy back shares?

Where is Kathryn?

Where are the new customers she said they were ready to announce?

How many lines do they have left?

How much does Alkaline88 owe them?

Why is Kathryn not the one signing paperwork but some guy we never heard of until now?

Where are the three lines they issued shares to buy last year?

Did they get any money from selling Denman (They certainly paid to "buy" it) or they walked away?

What happened with audited accounts?

Will we get to see Q3 accounts?

What do employees think about all this - that's if there are still some?

Do they have SQF certification? The SQL database says not.

Did they lose any other customers?

Did I miss anything?

All true. Here's the conundrum.

IF... Kathryn fully/partially acknowledges the current supposed issues, lawsuits (complaints) payables problems, etc...beyond what she has already quietly hinted at...and what's in the public court records...and her PR's...

THEN...she also airs the dirty laundry out to her customers that are left, and her future customers, East Coast prospects, etc.

IF...she plans to fight and stick to her most recent PR...

THEN, she might have to do so carefully and with legal help and representation? Which if she's pursuing, legal counsel might advise her on how much to say, or not, how and when. (I'm not an attorney.)

The flip side is that she's in on the whole thing which some assume, but that doesn't jive with what Miro is saying, but... So it's either WTER's "issues" signaled the fall of the dominoes, or...

It's gonna take a few weeks before we know any more "truths" imo.
