All true. Here's the conundrum.
IF... Kathryn fully/partially acknowledges the current supposed issues, lawsuits (complaints) payables problems, etc...beyond what she has already quietly hinted at...and what's in the public court records...and her PR's...
THEN...she also airs the dirty laundry out to her customers that are left, and her future customers, East Coast prospects, etc.
IF...she plans to fight and stick to her most recent PR...
THEN, she might have to do so carefully and with legal help and representation? Which if she's pursuing, legal counsel might advise her on how much to say, or not, how and when. (I'm not an attorney.)

The flip side is that she's in on the whole thing which some assume, but that doesn't jive with what Miro is saying, but... So it's either WTER's "issues" signaled the fall of the dominoes, or...
It's gonna take a few weeks before we know any more "truths" imo.
