I don’t recall Melvin saying no prs until ticker change. What I recall was he said the PRs would go thru proper channels and not Twitter

The we get the google doc update which is hard to verify it’s from him and not an imposter since it wasn’t PRd thru the firm he hired

I still want to believe the google doc but it’s counter to what he actually said
