There were 2 prior PRs this year that stated that they were hiring 2 personnel, but when the quarterly filing came out, it showed only a difference of 1 person. As I had suspected and posted at that time, personnel probably quit and they were replacing them. I was correct.

The same thing is probably happening this time around.
