Yes people spend all day posting nonsense on singular stock boards beacuse they have no pecuniary interest in it. Like all day, every day. Multiple IDs. On almost all OTC stocks. That is the main purpose of IHUB for years. Most OTC stocks are garbage so they have an undeserved sense of freedom and moral ambiguity.
