there is news from Germany regarding the Samsung case.
I had mail contact with the district court in Duesseldorf:
The two trials concerning EP735 and EP660 (US 339 and 506) have been stayed. Accordingly, there will be no decision on October 12! Unfortunately, as usual in Germany, I did not get any information why.
